one wallet approval creates it on pump.fun. the fee split is locked on chain: 90% to this coin's pot, 10% to dareyou.
the pot grows
every trade adds creator fees. holders reply to the target with the pot size, so the target sees it on their own timeline.
do it or burn
the target does it and tweets the claim code with a wallet: paid. the clock runs out: the pot buys the coin back and burns it.
